At Maidstone United Soccer Club, we strive to create a safe and inclusive atmosphere for our players, families, and members. We prioritise our junior and senior players, ensuring inclusivity for everyone in our community. We play to compete while nurturing a spirit of fun and engagement in the sport. Our volunteer-run committee is dedicated to serving our members with integrity.
INTEGRITY
We aim to uphold honesty and fairness in all our activities. This includes playing by the rules, respecting others, maintaining clear and open communication, and promoting sportspersonship on and off the field. We hold everyone accountable to the key pillars/principles of MUSC to ensure the club operates responsibly.
EFFORT
We celebrate the dedication, hard work, and persistence shown by the players, coaches, and staff in striving to improve and achieve goals. This involves consistently giving your best in practices, games, and other club-related activities, demonstrating commitment to personal growth, teamwork, and the success of the club as a whole
FUN
We foster a sense of joy through teamwork, learning, and competition while also ensuring that participants feel motivated and connected, making soccer an experience that balances hard work with enjoyment.
INCLUSION
We aim to create an environment where all individuals, regardless of their background, abilities, or identity, feel welcome, respected, and valued. This means ensuring that everyone, from players and coaches to staff and supporters, has equal access to the opportunities and participation, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging diversity within the club.

We aim to ensure a secure environment free from injury risks. We enforce our policies to promote sportspersonship, prevent harmful behaviour, and address concerns with openness and respect.
